He will show us how to do presentation a food and plating as an ART
- Beetroot gazpacho with crispy Parmesan
- Roasted bell pepper and eggplant salad with goat cheese
- Eggs with asparagus, prawns and Romesco
- Chicken, mushroom and onion cannelloni with bechamel and berries coulis
- Crema catalana
Every time, we will have a cooking class on a diffrent type of menu. Each menu will be inspired by dishes from diffrent parts of the world. Join us and be the Chef for one of our classes as you teach and demonstrate to us cooking dishes from your country or your concept.
