Interpretations of our body and wellness are largely influenced by messages outside our actual inner body experiences, but we can learn to listen for the gap in our internal awareness and the influences that shape us. From there, we have more choices for growth and healing. Imagine your body being free of your, and others, external perceptions. Imagine your body free to act in space.

Thomas Bosket is an artist, educator and adventurer. Through uncommon, inspirational and growth-promoting experiences, he leads people in their search for creative ways to use their knowledge. He is regarded by the New York Times as one of the world’s leading color theory experts, was filmed by PBS for their Off Book’s “The Effect of Color ” segment and has taught at Yale, Columbia and universities worldwide.
Jawaher Al-Bader is a KU Faculty member specializing in Studio-based instruction at the College of Architecture. She is involved in community-based activism through artstudiokwt. She has her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction in Art Education specializing in Studio Environments, an MFA in Painting from Pratt Institute and undergraduate degrees from the RISD with a BArch and BFA. Her multi-media art practice is embedded in daily acts, bridging boundaries between all aspects of life as well as disciplines through an Arts-based existence.
